TPI is a recognized full-service professional agency for the world's
major airline carriers, cruise lines, tour suppliers, hoteliers, car
rental companies and ground transportation companies.
How
is Highland Travel affiliated with TPI and how is it operated?
Highland
Travel is a franchise of TPI. Located in Kingswood, Highland Travel
is a full service home based travel agency that is owned by Carolyn
and Dale Morton. Carolyn is very passionate about travel and is
dedicated to providing superior customer service to the residents of
Hammonds Plains. Carolyn is adamant about continuing travel education
so she attends travel seminars and talks sponsored by various tour
operators in order to share her knowledge with her clients. Carolyn
strives to travel as much as possible while maintaining her clients
travel needs so that she can relay accurate information regarding destinations.
Carolyn
is a Certified Sandals Specialist (CSS). What does that mean?
Today's
travelers have a higher expectation of their travel agents.
Inresponse, agents are growing more specialized and focused on
reliable and desirable destinations such as Sandals Resorts. A
Certified Sandals Specialist specializes in Selling Sandals. These
agents, and their respective agencies, not only receive recognition
from Sandals as a "loyal" educated partner, but also from
the travel industry as Sandals "experts."
The Certified
Sandals Specialist agent has undergone a required and extensive
training through our education program. A "CSS" , as
commonly known in the travel industry, has committed to selling the
Sandals and Beaches product and has acquired up to 12 hours or
product knowledge through a special Ultra Sandals
Training Workshop.
The Certified
Sandals Specialist is not only knowledgeable on all aspects of the
Sandals and Beaches products, but has also been to some, if not all,
of the Sandals / Beaches properties. Their insight plays an important
role in assisting you make the right choice when selecting one of our
Sandals properties.
Certified
Sandals Specialists are required to attend workshop updates every
year in order to maintain their certification as Sandals Expert.
